Cancellation Policy
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Company Name] ("Lessor") and [Customer Name] ("Lessee"). 4. Lessee Responsibilities: Lessee agrees to supervise the use of the equipment at all times. Lessee is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used safely and in accordance with all provided instructions. Lessee agrees to keep the equipment in good condition and notify the Lessor immediately of any damage or issues. 5. Safety and Use Guidelines: No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks are allowed inside the bounce house. Maximum occupancy and weight limits must be observed at all times. Equipment must not be used in inclement weather (high winds, rain, etc.). 6. Liability: Lessee assumes all responsibility for injuries or damages that may occur during the rental period. Lessor is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the equipment. 7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 days of the rental date will forfeit the security deposit. 8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia
